To get the highest score possible and outscore your opponents.<\/p>\n<h5>The pit bowl game rules<\/h5>\n<p>The game is for 2 to 8 players.<br \/>\nThe goal is to be the first to get rid of all your 9 pinstripes by getting the highest scores with the dice.<\/p>\n<h5>Gameplay:<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong>: Each player puts an equal number of chalk marks on one side of the pie box representing their score.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scholarship order:<\/strong> The player whose turn it is rolls the three dice. He can choose to stop after each roll or make two more rolls.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scores and Dashes<\/strong>: The highest score of the three dice rolls is recorded. Other players now take turns rolling their dice, but may not roll more than the first player.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stripes Erase<\/strong>: The player with the highest score may erase one, two or three chalk marks, depending on the score.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Points distribution:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 eye = 100 points<br \/>\n2, 3, 4 or 5 eyes = 2, 3, 4 or 5 points<br \/>\n6 eyes = 60 points<\/p>\n<p><strong>Combinations of Dice:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1, 1, 1 = Three monkeys<br \/>\n6, 5, 4 = Soixante-neuf<br \/>\n6, 6, 6 or 5, 5, 5 or 4, 4, 4 or 3, 3, 3 or 2, 2, 2 = Sand (the higher the better)<br \/>\nOther rolls count based on the sum of the dice, with higher sums for better rolls.<br \/>\n3, 2, 2 = Seven (always the lowest score)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special Situations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Three monkeys<\/strong>: If someone throws three monkeys and has already cleared at least one dash, he wins immediately.<br \/>\n<strong>Soixante-neuf<\/strong>: On winning with this throw, immediately wipe out three dashes.<br \/>\n<strong>Sand<\/strong>: On winning with a sand throw, wipe out two dashes.<br \/>\n<strong>Stoef<\/strong>: If the first player stops after one roll and wins, wipe out two dashes.
